これらのメールは、当社とは一切関係のない外部から送信されたものであり、当社のサーバーやシステムが不正利用された事実は確認されておりません。
また、現時点において、お客様の個人情報やご利用データの漏えい・不正アクセス等の事実も一切確認されておらず、安心してご利用いただける状況でございます。
万が一、不審なメールを受信された場合は、以下の点にご注意ください。
・差出人名だけで判断せず、メールアドレスや内容をご確認ください
・不審なURLのクリックや添付ファイルの開封は行わないでください
・少しでも不審に感じた場合は、当社までご確認ください
